Harnessing Your Personal Power…

Do you realize that you are powerful beyond all that you can truly imagine?

Just let that sink in for a moment.

Now that you have decided to allow this truth in, I want you to imagine what it would feel like waking up to a life truly worth living.

One that you’ve consciously created with great intention; a life that’s full of immense love, joy, growth and purpose.

The unfortunate reality is that most people unconsciously believe that this kind of life is impossible, especially for them. Many people feel trapped by the lies that whisper they are unworthy of the love, joy, peace, and growth inherently within themselves. The lie that feels most true, especially for those who have not yet developed a consistent practice to harness their inner power, is that of pain, disappointment, and struggle. Over time, many will develop beliefs that suggests true power is only reserved for only a select few. And so, without even realizing it, they end up living far below their true and full capacity.

What if you can learn how to harness your personal power and truly move your life, career, business, relationships, and everything that truly matter most to you forward and in the direction of your greatest desires?

To be clear: I want to clarify that I’m not asking you to deny the reality and impact of the difficult situations you’ve experienced. Through my own experiences, I fully recognize that painful events happen and often feel deeply debilitating. And yet, I’ve also learned the importance of viewing these events through the lens of opportunities that propel us towards growth. Sadly, many people are unaware of this possibility, especially when trying to make meaning of life’s difficulties through a limited and distorted lens—our emotions. I acknowledge how easily it is to form such perspectives. But while emotions can serve as a powerful source for information, it’s equally important to consider how our thoughts shape and influence our emotional state. My greatest hope is that you will not only become aware of your intrinsic power, but understand how to consciously align with this power to create a life that reflects what you truly want.

It begins with awareness: how you feel at any given moment is directly proportional to what you choose to think.

When asked to describe how we develop our beliefs, one author explained that at the core, a belief is simply a thought you keep thinking. Over time, these thoughts become the lens for how we see the world, and ourselves. The good news is this process works both ways. As so, it is greatly possible to consciously create empowering beliefs that move us forward rather than keep us stuck. Here lies your true power. The single greatest way to harness your power is by enhancing your thinking capacity.

I believe you have access to an unlimited power source—one so strong enough to free you from limitations, fears, and cycles of self-defeat. But as we know, the opposite is also true. Research suggests nearly 80% of people report being held back by either negative or self-limiting thoughts. In other words, most people are unconsciously choosing to live from a place of limitation rather than possibility.

In my own life, I’ve become increasingly aware of the connection between my thoughts, my feelings, and my physical environment. For example, when I feel frustrated or uninspired at work, my thoughts tend to slip over into unproductive territory. If I’m not careful, my behavior follows or my body pays the price with extreme exhaustion.  Likewise, when I feel joyful, confident, and motivated, it’s because my thoughts are focused, positive and powerful.

So, here’s what I want you to remember: your thoughts are like magnets. They attract feelings and experiences that match their energy. This is why Stephen Covey’s advice is so profound: “Begin with the end in mind.”

Decide how you want to feel. Then align your thoughts with that feeling. When you do, you’re no longer living by default—you’re living by design.
