Stephon holds a degree in Psychology, with a foundation on human behavior and decision making. He is currently completing his ICF-accredited coaching certification through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coaching Program, an internationally recognized coaching methodology focused on mindset, identity, and transformational change.
With over a decade of leadership experience in business strategy, change management, and people development, he brings a grounded understanding of how people and organizations grow.
Alongside formal training and professional experience, Stephon’s coaching is also deeply informed by his own lived experience of growth, transition, and learning through life itself. This combination of insight, practice, and personal reflection allows him to meet clients with both clarity and relatability.
